The Edgewater Housing Authority administers the following programs:

The Housing Authority also acts as the management agent for several other properties located in the Borough of Edgewater.
Building Inventory
The Edgewater Housing Authority consists of one 30-unit senior building and 152 Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers. The Housing Authority is also the managing agent for three 501C3 not-for-profit corporations that maintain separate waiting lists.
PBV Housing Senior Building
Edgewater Senior Residence at 300 Undercliff Ave.
22 - 1 bedroom & 8 Studio apartments. The waiting list is currently open to all qualified senior Edgewater residents, Veterans or spouses of deceased Veterans 62 and older/ or disabled persons.
Edgewater Housing Associates Urban Renewal L.P.
27 Dempsey Avenue.
31 affordable senior housing units, all 1 - bedroom Apts. The waiting list is currently open to all qualified seniors 62 and older/ or disabled persons.
Neighborhood Affordable Housing Friends Inc. (NAHF)
75-79-85 Edgewater Pl. & 377 Undercliff Ave.
26 units of family housing in 4 separate buildings consisting of studio 1-2-& 3 bedroom apartments. The waitlist is presently open.

Affordable Housing of Metropolitan Edgewater (AHOME)
435-437-439 Undercliff Ave.
Rental units converted into condominiums for income qualified individuals. No units available.
